    Will I be required to pay import duties?

    Our domestic customers will not be charged any import costs; however, our international clients may be liable to import duties, fees, and other taxes once our package arrives in their country. If you are an overseas customer, we recommend contacting your customs office or one of our staff members, and we will offer as much information as possible.

    How do I change the date on my watch?

    Simply pull the crown out one click to change the date and two clicks to change the time.

    My watch has stopped?

    Your watch has a Premium Automatic movement that loses charge if it is not worn for more than 42 hours. Simply wind your watch by twisting the crown clockwise until it starts ticking again.

    I need to change something on my order.

    Any requests for changes should be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible. If your product has already been sent, we may not be able to accommodate your request and are not obligated to do so.

    How long will delivery take?

    We aim to despatch within 2 business days of order confirmation and ship our products Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery which should have your product with you in 2-3 working days.
